How to Make

  • Step 1: In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and diced jalapenos until well combined.

  • Step 2: Take a slice of bread and spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture on one side. Repeat with the remaining slices of bread.

  • Step 3: Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of butter on one side of each sandwich.
