  • 1 cup cantaloupe pieces
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Honey -
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • Mint, for garnish (optional )

  • Step 1: Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend together with a hand blender (you can also process in food processor) until it reaches desired consistency.
