  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 ounce sour cream, (1 tablespoon)
  • 1 ounce cheddar cheese, shredded (1/3 cup)
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt
  • 1/16 teaspoon pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a small microwave safe bowl, add the sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper to the beaten eggs.

  • Step 2: Mix well.

  • Step 3: Place bowl in microwave (you don't have to cover) and cook for about a minute or so.

  • Step 4: Stir eggs, and heat for another 30-45 seconds.

  • Step 5: Stir again and repeat process until cooked to consistency you prefer.

  • Step 6: Should not take more than 3 minutes.
