Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
Step 2: Combine eggs, 3/4 cup condensed soup, and 1/4 cup water.
Step 3: Add Wheat Chex.
Step 4: Let stand 20 minutes, do not stir.
Step 5: Add meat, salt, and onion.
Step 6: Mix well.
Step 7: Pack into loaf pan.
Step 8: Pour 2 tablespoons water over the top of the loaf.
Step 9: Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Step 10: Serve plain or with tomato sauce made by heating reserved soup with 2 tablespoons drippings from the loaf.
