Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 324 grams lamb loin chops (6 chops, 1 inch thick, fat removed)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 tablespoons Marsala (or medium sweet sherry)
  • 4 tablespoons marmalade (ginger marmalade)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Season the chops with salt and pepper

  • Step 2: Lightly spray a skillet with oil and brown the chops on both sides over high heat about 1 minutes each side

  • Step 3: Add the marsala wine to the skillet, spoon over the marmalade, cover and finsh cooking. Medium pink about 5-6 minutes. flip them once
