Step 1: In a saucepan over medium heat add the sugar, vinegar and peaches to pan and cook for 10-12 minutes or until peaches are softened and reduced by half. this is the agrodolce -- set aside.
Step 2: On a charcoal grill build a medium fire (or using a gas grill heat to medium).
Step 3: Toss the cantaloupe with oil and working in batches, grill turning once until charred all over (10-12 minutes) and then transfer to serving dish along with the blueberries. Drizzle with the sauce and season with salt and pepper and garnish with basil.
