Step 1: Mix meat, onion, parsley, cilantro, egg and a bit of flour, salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.
Step 2: Form meatballs by hand size of a walnut.
Step 3: Coat with flour dredge and brown in a pan with heated Olive oil.
Step 4: Remove meatballs.
Step 5: Lower the heat and brown the chopped onion, add the canned tomato, add the meat balls back and cook for 15 mins.
Step 6: Add salt and pepper to taste.
