Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 12 ounces tuna, drained (1 can)
  • 1/2 pound boiled red potatoes, sliced, (2)
  • 15 ounces black olives, drained (1 can)
  • 1/2 cup pickles, chunks
  • 3 eggs, hard boiled
  • 16 ounces iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cover the bottom of a salad bowl with julienned lettuce.

  • Step 2: Mix the drained tuna with the potatoes, olives and pickles.

  • Step 3: Distribute over the lettuce, sprinkle with oil, lemon juice, salt (a little) and pepper and toss.

  • Step 4: Arrange the hard-boiled eggs in wedges.
