Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 medium-sized fresh pineapple
  • 1/4 cup water (optional, for blending)
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Peel and core the fresh pineapple. Cut it into small chunks.

  • Step 2: Place the pineapple chunks in a blender or food processor. If the pineapple is very juicy, you may not need to add any water. However, if it's not very juicy, add a splash of water to help with the blending process. (You can also use pineapple juice or orange juice, if you have it on hand.)

  • Step 3: Blend the pineapple until smooth and well pureed. If needed, scrape down the sides of the blender or food processor and blend again until you have a smooth consistency.

  • Step 4: Once blended, pour the pineapple puree into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion during freezing. If your popsicle molds have sticks and lids, insert them into the molds.

  • Step 5: Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely firm.

  • Step 6: Once the pineapple popsicles are fully frozen, remove them from the molds by running the molds under warm water for a few seconds. Gently pull on the sticks to release the popsicles.
