Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Grease and flour a 9x13 pan.
Step 3: Whisk flour, baking powder and salt, set aside.
Step 4: In a microwave, melt the butter and add the cocoa powder and coffee for a minute .
Step 5: Stir to combine and remove from heat to cool slightly.
Step 6: In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and add the vanilla.
Step 7: Slowly add the butter/cocoa mixture.
Step 8: Add the flour mixture and then the walnuts (saving a handful to put on top).
Step 9: Put the dough (yes, it's a bit heavy) in the prepared pan, spreading it with a spatula.
Step 10: Sprinkle with the nuts and chocolate chips.
Step 11: Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean.
