Step 1: Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain the rice well.
Step 2: Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add the avocado oil. Allow it to heat up.
Step 3: Add the dried minced onion to the Instant Pot and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 4: Cancel the sauté mode and add the rinsed jasmine rice to the Instant Pot. Stir well to coat the rice with the oil and onion.
Step 5: In a separate bowl, dissolve the beef bouillon powder in 1 1/2 cups of water. Pour the beef bouillon mixture into the Instant Pot.
Step 6: Add the butter to the Instant Pot and give everything a gentle stir.
Step 7: Close the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to the sealing position.
Step 8: Cook the rice on high pressure for 5 minutes.
Step 9: Once the cooking time is complete, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes. Then, carefully release any remaining pressure manually.
Step 10: Open the Instant Pot lid and fluff the rice with a fork.
Step 11: Let the rice sit in the Instant Pot for a few minutes to steam and absorb any excess moisture.
