  • 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Step 2: Slice the French bread or baguette lengthwise, creating two halves. Place them cut-side up on a baking sheet.

  • Step 3: In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground paprika, ground turmeric, fresh parsley, and salt. Mix well until all the spices are evenly incorporated into the butter.

  • Step 4: Spread the spiced butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.

  • Step 5: Place the baking sheet with the prepared garlic bread into the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and lightly golden.
