We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • Step 2: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced Italian sausage and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

  • Step 3: In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and minced garlic. Sauté until the onions become translucent and the garlic is fragrant.

  • Step 4: Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, kale, parsley, oregano, basil, rosemary, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

  • Step 5: Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Simmer the sauce for an additional 5 minutes, until it thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 6: Add the cooked Italian sausage back to the skillet, mixing it into the sauce.

  • Step 7: Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the sauce and sausage, ensuring that the pasta is well coated.

  • Step 8: Serve hot, garnishing each plate with grated Parmesan cheese.
