Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step 2: Combine butter, sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
Step 3: Add eggs and sour cream; mix well.
Step 4: Combine dry ingredients and mashed bananas to wet mixture; add lemon juice, stirring until blended.
Step 5: Fold in mini chocolate chips.
Step 6: Pour half of the mixture into a standard loaf pan; sprinkle half the nuts over the batter.
Step 7: Pour on remaining batter; top with remaining nuts.
Step 8: Bake 50 minutes or until it tests done (with a toothpick inserted into the middle of the loaf and comes out dry).
