  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (or sugar substitute)
  • 1 tablespoon kasoori methi (dried fenugreek leaves)

  • Container (5.3 ounces) of yogurt
  • 32 ounces of chicken, cubed
  • Sauce Ingredients
  • Sauce spices from above
  • Can (15 ounces) of tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the marinade spices and container of yogurt with 32 ounces of chicken and marinate at least 30 minutes (or preferably overnight).

  • Step 2: Fry the chicken in a frying pan with a little oil until browned, a few minutes per side.

  • Step 3: Prepare the sauce by combining the sauce spices, tomato sauce, and cream in a pot and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

  • Step 4: Add the chicken to the sauce and serve.
