  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 6 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 10 ounces digestive biscuits
  • 4 ounces milk chocolate
  • 4 ounces dark chocolate

How to Make

  • Step 1: Butter an 8 x 9 pan and line with parchment paper

  • Step 2: Melt butter to digestive biscuits (or use vanilla wafers or graham crackers , in a large sauce pan

  • Step 3: Melt both chocolates in the microwave together in 20 seconds at a time stirring frequently

  • Step 4: Add half the chocolate to the pan and reserve the rest

  • Step 5: Pour the mixture from the saucepan into the pan and smooth pressing down with a spoon

  • Step 6: Pour the remainimg chocolate into pan smoothing top

  • Step 7: Set in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.

  • Step 8: Cut into squares
