The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups mushrooms, fresh (cleaned and sliced)
  • 2 cups leeks (white part only, cleaned, sliced 1/4 inch slices)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil spray

How to Make

  • Step 1: Lightly spray a non stick skillet or wok with vegetable oil, heat medium high heat

  • Step 2: Saute the mushrooms and onions until just starting to get golden

  • Step 3: Add leeks, oregano, season season with salt and pepper, stir fry for about 8 minutes, longer if you like your vegetables well done
