Step 1: Mix egg salad together, seasoning to taste. They used a whole shallot minced you do to taste, they also used fresh tarragon, I don't care for that flavor profile but you do you.
Step 2: Butter the rye bread they used a dense rye brod (bread).
Step 3: Place baby lettuce over the butter.
Step 4: Place a heaping tablespoon of egg salad on one side and layer a ring of radishes around the edge of salad.
