Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 6 eggs, hardboiled
  • 1/4 cup salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/16 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 pound cooked shrimp, minced, (6)
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • Garnish:
  • 1/16 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut peeled eggs lengthwise into halves.

  • Step 2: Slip out yolks and mash with a fork.

  • Step 3: Stir in Miracle Whip, mustard, Tabasco to taste, garlic powder and salt.

  • Step 4: Taste and adjust seasonings.

  • Step 5: Stir in shrimp and minced green onions.

  • Step 6: Fill whites with egg yolk mixture, forming a slightly rounded top.

  • Step 7: Arrange on a serving dish.

  • Step 8: Cover tightly and refrigerate.

  • Step 9: Garnish with paprika and chopped fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
