Step 1: Using the sauté function on your Instant Pot, melt the butter and sauté the onion until translucent.
Step 2: Add the rice and orzo and toast the rice until the orzo it is lightly brown. Don't burn.
Step 3: Add garlic and cook until fragrant (30 seconds to a minute)
Step 4: Add the chicken broth and bouillon.
Step 5: Set lid to sealing and pressure cook for 5 minutes.
Step 6: Allow the Instant Pot to sit for at least 10 minutes on natural release before releasing the remaining pressure.
