Step 1: Preheat broiler to high.
Step 2: On a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet arrange peppers and then broil for 3-5 minutes on each side or until blackened and tender. Let cool.
Step 3: In a bowl combine the peppers with the next 6 ingredients (-mozzarella); toss.
Step 4: Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Step 5: Let stand at room temp for 30 minutes and then stir in the basil and lemon juice.
