Step 1: Using the sauté function on your Instant Pot, melt the butter and toast the rice until it is lightly brown. Don't burn.
Step 2: Add the remaining ingredients to the Instant Pot.
Step 3: Set lid to sealing and pressure cook for 4 minutes.
Step 4: Allow the Instant Pot to sit for 10 minutes on natural release before releasing the remaining pressure.
