  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs, divided use
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 F.

  • Step 2: Beat the cream cheese, sugar, ONE egg and vanilla until smooth. Spread it evenly in the unbaked pie crust.

  • Step 3: Sprinkle the pecans evenly over the filling.

  • Step 4: In a medium bowl, beat the remaining THREE eggs, corn syrup and brown sugar until smooth and well combined. Pour over the pecans, smoothing to cover all.

  • Step 5: Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to 375 F and bake for another 25-30 minutes or until set and golden. Cool before slicing.
