  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup milk

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • Step 2: Line muffin tin with liners.

  • Step 3: Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir until combined. Do not overmix.

  • Step 4: Fill muffin liners about 3/4th of the way full.

  • Step 5: Bake 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the muffin comes out clean.
