Step 1: Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Step 2: Stir in the oats to toast, stirring approximately 3 minutes.
Step 3: Add water, milk, flaxseed,brown sugar & kosher salt.
Step 4: Turn up the heat, bring to a simmer & cover.
Step 5: Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 6: Add banana.
Step 7: Cover again and cook for 10 more minutes, stirring occasionally until soft & creamy.
Step 8: Add berries just before serving.
