Step 1: Heat oil in a large skillet, add chopped onions and stir fry until translucent.
Step 2: Add the tomato paste turmeric and garlic.
Step 3: Break the cauliflower into small florets and add the florets to the skillet
Step 4: Mix well.
Step 5: Add 3 cups of water, cover the lid and cook until half tender.
Step 6: Add rice, rosemary, dried mint, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7: Cover and cook 20 minutes until rice is cooked, take off heat and leave set 5 minutes.
Step 8: Taste and adjust seasoning.
