  • 90 grams caster sugar
  • 185 grams sifted flour
  • 1 tablespoon sifted cocoa
  • 2 1/2 cups wheet-bix, crushed

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  • Step 2: Add dry ingredients to butter mixture and place teaspoons of mixture onto greased baking sheets, pressing down slightly with a fork.

  • Step 3: Bake at 180 c for 12- 15 minutes.

  • Step 4: Ice with chocolate icing when cold.
