Step 6: Add the stock, lentils, milk and seasoning, then simmer, covered, for 20 mins.
Step 7: Adding water as needed
Step 8: Blend until smooth using a stick blender.
Step 9: Stir in the lime juice, check the seasoning and serve, topped with cilantro leaves.
