Step 9: Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Step 10: Turn off the oven and set the broiler on high.
Step 11: Broil the fish about 6 inches from the heat for 2 to 4 minutes, until the topping browns and bubbles in spots; check frequently to prevent burning.
