  • Shrimp
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled
  • 15 ounces tomatoes (1 can)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook macaroni in heavily salted boiling water until al dente.

  • Step 2: Drain.

  • Step 3: Meanwhile heat oil.

  • Step 6: Stir and season to taste.

  • Step 7: Add the tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
