  • 3⁄4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 package (3 ounce) french vanilla instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1⁄2 cup oil
  • 1 cup irish cream coffee creamer
  • Frosting
  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 5 1⁄2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1⁄4 cup Irish cream coffee creamer
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°.

  • Step 2: Grease and flour a 12 cup bundt pan.

  • Step 3: Sprinkle nuts into bottom of pan.

  • Step 4: Combine remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl.

  • Step 5: Beat four minutes on high speed, pour into pan.

  • Step 6: Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.

  • Step 7: Let cake cool and invert onto plate.

  • Step 8: Mix frosting

  • Step 9: And frost cake when cooled
