  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Wet
  • 1/4 cup butter ,softened
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1 cups buttermilk
  • Teaspoon lime juice
  • 3 ounces heavy cream,(1/4 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  • Step 2: Mix cranberries with sugar kinda give them a rough chop

  • Step 3: In large bowl whisk dry ingredients

  • Step 4: Mix wet ingredients in another bowl and stir into dry ingredients

  • Step 5: Mix in cranberries

  • Step 6: Put on Pam sprayed cookie sheet In form that is round or oblong

  • Step 7: Slash top with an x or hash marks if oblong

  • Step 8: Bake for 45 minutes check if done some take 60 minutes depending on how high you've made bread
