Step 1: Cook sprouts, steam or boil them.
Step 2: Season the sprouts after cooking with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3: Meanwhile, mix sauce together by mixing sour cream, horseradish and bacon. (I would add more horseradish).
Step 4: If sauce is to tight for you add a little light cream.
Step 5: Pour over the seasoned Brussels sprouts.
