The ingredients are:
  • 3 ounces bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 4 ounces sour cream (6 tablespoons)
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound brussels sprouts, frozen

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook sprouts, steam or boil them.

  • Step 2: Season the sprouts after cooking with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 3: Meanwhile, mix sauce together by mixing sour cream, horseradish and bacon. (I would add more horseradish).

  • Step 4: If sauce is to tight for you add a little light cream.

  • Step 5: Pour over the seasoned Brussels sprouts.
