Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 100 milliliters baileys irish cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 milliliters milk
  • 4 slices bread
  • 40 grams butter
  • 150 milliliters whipped cream
  • 150 grams raspberries for serving
  • 150 grams blueberries for serving
  • Icing sugar for dusting

How to Make

  • Step 1: Beat eggs, milk and Baileys together and pour over the slices of bread on a plate, let it soak in for a couple of minutes.

  • Step 2: Melt the butter in a large frying pan over a medium heat.

  • Step 3: Fry the bread slices for around 2 mins or until golden on each side.

  • Step 4: Arrange the French toast on plates & top with a generous dollop of whipped cream, handfuls of raspberries and blueberries, Drizzles with chocolate sauce and/or golden syrup, and a dusting of icing sugar.
