Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds red potatoes
  • Dressing :
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grainy mustard
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Cabbage:
  • 16 ounces corned beef, cubed,(3 cups, cooked)
  • 3 cups cabbage, chopped fine
  • 1⁄2 cup radish, chopped
  • Dressing 2:
  • 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1⁄3 cup dill pickle relish
  • 1⁄4 cup green onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 3⁄4 teaspoon dijon mustard

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender; drain.

  • Step 2: Peel and cube

  • Step 3: Place in large bowl.

  • Step 4: Combine vinegar, sugar, mustard , celery seed and 1/2 tsp salt

  • Step 5: Pour over warm potatoes and toss to coat.

  • Step 6: Cover and chill.

  • Step 7: Just before serving

  • Step 8: Add corned beef, cabbage and radishes.

  • Step 9: In a small bowl, combine mayo, relish, onions, milk, mustard

  • Step 10: Pour over salad and toss to coat.
