Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 300- 400 grams, white bread - unsliced ( 2 slices needed for hand slicing )
  • 50 grams tasty cheese, grated
  • 50 grams mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 5 grams mayonnaise
  • 5 grams butter
  • 5 grams vegemite

How to Make

  • Step 1: Hand slice the loaf into 2 thick slices (thicker than store bought).

  • Step 2: Coat one side of the bread in butter and Vegemite.

  • Step 3: Coat the other side in Mayonnaise.

  • Step 4: With Mayonnaise face down, place the grated cheese(s) on top of the Vegemite.

  • Step 5: Heat fry pan on medium to low setting.

  • Step 6: Place the slices of bread mayonnaise side down in the fry pan.

  • Step 7: Cook until the cheese begins to melt.

  • Step 8: Place one side on top of the other to close the sandwich.

  • Step 9: Keep turning on each side until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
