Step 1: Hand slice the loaf into 2 thick slices (thicker than store bought).
Step 2: Coat one side of the bread in butter and Vegemite.
Step 3: Coat the other side in Mayonnaise.
Step 4: With Mayonnaise face down, place the grated cheese(s) on top of the Vegemite.
Step 5: Heat fry pan on medium to low setting.
Step 6: Place the slices of bread mayonnaise side down in the fry pan.
Step 7: Cook until the cheese begins to melt.
Step 8: Place one side on top of the other to close the sandwich.
Step 9: Keep turning on each side until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
