  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper,diced
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 8 ounces heavy cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

  • Step 2: Cook onion, bell pepper and celery until tender.
