Step 5: Add water, cauliflower, tomatoes, carrot, and seasonings to taste
Step 6: Bring to a boil.
Step 7: Reduce heat and cover
Step 8: Simmer 15 minutes.
Step 9: Stir in wild rice and 2 cups milk.
Step 10: In small bowl
Step 11: Whisk flour into ½ cup milk
Step 12: Whisk into soup, stirring constantly.
Step 13: Bring to boil
Step 14: Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Step 15: Remove bay leaf.
Step 16: Check for seasoning
Step 17: Add some cheese off the heat
