Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound potatoes
  • 1/2 pound cooked ham
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 284 millilitres condensed cream of mushroom soup (1 can)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup shaker style grated Parmesan cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk together the mushroom soup, milk and Parmesan cheese and set aside.

  • Step 2: Peel the potatoes and slice them into 1/4 inch thick rounds.

  • Step 3: Chop your cooked ham into bite sized pieces.

  • Step 4: Place the potatoes and the ham in the crock and sprinkle with all the seasonings.

  • Step 5: Pour the mushroom soup mixture over the potatoes and ham and place cover on crock pot.

  • Step 6: Turn the temperature on high and cook until the mixture starts to simmer, about 45 minutes to an hour depending on your crock pot.

  • Step 7: Turn the temp down to medium and cook for another 3 to 4 hours or until the potatoes are fork tender but not falling apart. Again this will depend on you crock pot.

  • Step 8: Enjoy!
