Step 1: Preheat oven to 450°F degrees.
Step 2: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3: In a small bowl, mix oil, garlic powder, cayenne and seasoned salt.
Step 4: Place pita triangles in a bowl and pour seasoned oil over the pita triangles. Use your hands to toss the pita chips, rubbing the oil into each pita triangle.
Step 5: Place pita triangles on prepared baking sheet.
Step 6: Bake for 4-6 minutes, until slightly browned. (All ovens are different -- keep a watch on them to make sure they don't burn the first time you make them!)
Step 7: Remove from oven and let cool. Serve immediately or store in an air tight container.
