Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 Pitas, cut into 8 triangles
  • 4 Tablespoons of avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder (more or less as desired)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne (more or less as desired)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt (more or less as desired)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 450°F degrees.

  • Step 2: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Step 3: In a small bowl, mix oil, garlic powder, cayenne and seasoned salt.

  • Step 4: Place pita triangles in a bowl and pour seasoned oil over the pita triangles. Use your hands to toss the pita chips, rubbing the oil into each pita triangle.

  • Step 5: Place pita triangles on prepared baking sheet.

  • Step 6: Bake for 4-6 minutes, until slightly browned. (All ovens are different -- keep a watch on them to make sure they don't burn the first time you make them!)

  • Step 7: Remove from oven and let cool. Serve immediately or store in an air tight container.
