Step 1: Melt butter in saucepan.
Step 2: Saute onions in the butter until golden in color.
Step 3: Add the mushrooms and brown lightly.
Step 4: Add ham to the onion-mushroom mixture and cook for a few minutes until the ham is warmed through.
Step 5: Sprinkle flour over the mixture in the saucepan and blend well.
Step 6: Add seasoning to they didn't write down but I assure you that they did
Step 7: Add sour cream and simmer until thick.
