Step 3: Combine wet together
Step 4: In large stockpot
Step 5: Heat oil
Step 6: Cook onions peppers carrots and celery until softened
Step 7: Add garlic
Step 8: Add tomato paste
Step 9: Add seasoning
Step 10: Add wet ingredients except spinach
Step 11: Add more water as needed stirring occasionally
Step 12: Take out Bay leaf
Step 13: Simmer 40 minutes then add spinach and simmer 10 minutes more
Step 14: Season to taste
