Step 1: Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
Step 2: Add onion saute until translucent
Step 3: Add garlic and cook until softened, stirring frequently.
Step 4: Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil over high heat.
Step 5: Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes
Step 6: Check seasoning and season to taste
Step 7: Add more water if you wish thinner
