  • 1/4 cup wing sauce
  • Salad:
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled ( 1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 4 stalks celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced diagonally into half-moons, thinly sliced,large
  • 4 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat grill to medium heat.

  • Step 2: Season the chicken with to taste

  • Step 3: And grill, covered, turning occasionally, for 18 minutes.

  • Step 4: Uncover and continue grilling, basting with the wing sauce, until the chicken is cooked through, 5 to 7 minutes more.

  • Step 5: Salad

  • Step 6: While the chicken is cooking

  • Step 7: In a large bowl

  • Step 8: Whisk together the yogurt, vinegar, half the blue cheese, and 1⁄4 teaspoon each salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 9: Add the celery and cucumber and toss to coat.

  • Step 10: Fold in the scallions and parsley.

  • Step 11: Serve with the chicken and sprinkle with the remaining blue cheese.
