  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese (can add more, if you want)
  • 1 cup shredded Pepper Jack Cheese (can add more, if you want)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F.

  • Step 2: Cover a smaller baking sheet (9x13 or so) with parchment paper.

  • Step 3: Spread chips out onto parchment paper in a single layer, or as close to a single layer as you can.

  • Step 4: Evenly top the chips with the shredded cheeses.

  • Step 5: Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
