Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 4-8 ounces sour cream, depending on how “wet” you want them
  • 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
  • 1/2 tablespoons instant beef bouillon powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder (not garlic salt)
  • 1/8 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash.

  • Step 2: Mix in sour cream, a little at a time until desired “wetness “, onion flakes, bouillon powder, garlic powder, and onion powder, celery and lemon juice until blended. Generously fill egg white halves, then chill.
