Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Whisk together the egg and ground flax and set aside.
Step 3: Drain the canned chicken and squeeze as much of the juice as you can from the chicken. I place the chicken in a couple layers of paper towels and roll it like a burrito and squeeze until no more liquid comes out.
Step 4: Add the remaining ingredients and mix together well.
Step 5: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the "dough" onto the parchment paper. Flatten and shape it into a circle with a spatula.
Step 6: Place in the preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 7: Remove from oven and add some mozzarella cheese and your favourite low carb toppings.
Step 8: Return to oven and cook until cheese is melted and bubbling.
Step 9: Remove from oven and enjoy!
