Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F. (175 C). Line baking sheet with foil.
Step 2: Combine water and coffee powder in medium saucepan; stir until dissolved.
Step 3: Stir in sugar, honey and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved.
Step 4: Remove from heat and stir in nuts until completely coated.
Step 5: Spread in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes; stir. Bake an additional 10 minutes, stirring again halfway through baking time.
Step 6: Cool completely on baking sheet.
Step 7: Break into pieces; store in airtight container, up to 1 week.
