The ingredients are:
  • 4-oz cream cheese, softened (if you want to cut back on the spice or if you want it really creamy, you can use up to 8-oz of softened cream cheese)
  • 1 15-oz can spicy chili with beans (like Hormel's Hot with Beans)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (we use a combination of Colby Jack and Sharp Cheddar)
  • 2 Tablespoons diced onion
  • Tortilla Chips, for serving

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Step 2: Spread softened cream cheese on the bottom of pie dish (or 8"x8" or 9"x9" baking dish).

  • Step 3: Pour chili over the cream cheese.

  • Step 4: Add the shredded cheese.

  • Step 5: Bake for 20 minutes, or until the shredded cheese is melted and bubbly and the dip is hot all the way through.

  • Step 6: Sprinkle diced onion over the melted cheese.

  • Step 7: Serve immediately, with chips, crackers or veggies. Enjoy while HOT!
