Step 1: Heat oil in stock pot

Step 14: Cook 4 hours(crockpot might be good)
Step 15: In 3 hours saute veggies in oil and add to meat that's been mixed
Step 16: Add seasoning and eggs and flour
Step 17: Make small balls and saute in olive oil until brown
Step 18: Add to sauce last half hour of cooking along with the mushrooms
Step 19: Simmer
Step 20: Checking seasoning and adjusting
Step 21: Meanwhile
Step 22: Cook spaghetti in heavily salted boiling water al dente
Step 23: Drain
Step 24: Last 10 minutes add parsley
Step 25: Check seasoning
Step 26: Sprinkle cheese on top serve sauce over cooked pasta
